From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service by the wonderful staff members including Tiago, Lucia, Carlos, and Catarina. the historic charm of the apartment, paired with breathtaking mountain views, created a tranquil and enchanting atmosphere that truly felt like a slice of paradise. the sumptuous breakfast served daily was a delightful treat, and the adjacent sculpture museum showcasing Jose Rodriguez's works was a fascinating bonus. Convento San Payo Villa seamlessly blends luxury, history, and nature, making it a hidden gem that we highly recommend to anyone seeking a unique and memorable retreat in Portugal.
